i was looking forward to a luxury experience at this resort, but the food was overpriced for the mediocrity served, and to top it off, i encountered a glaring lack of dairy-free options for breakfast, its 2023 for crying out loud! i almost wrote a good review, but such poor treatment left a terrible taste in my mouth.

The food prices were unexpectedly high, especially for simple dishes. I also encountered a frustrating issue with a romantic dinner reservation that was misplaced, leaving us without our planned meal. some amenities showed signs of neglect, such as rust damage and general wear in charming spaces.

It was a nice spot for a date night in Tanjung (Lombok) that provided good value for the price. The staff were very helpful when my husband fell ill, making sure we got to the local hospital without any hassle. Just make sure to confirm all reservations ahead of time and check for any additional extra charges.
